Project Update - Apr/May 2025

It’s Happening! - The sun is shining and I’m thrilled to announce that the 30,000 trees project implementation has started as planned. I have such amazing friends and family and you have together raised the $10,000 we needed to guarantee the first year’s activities. Thank you all, it was a dream that is becoming a reality and we are now all connected to the trees which will eventually grow in protected forests in Cambodia. Huge thanks, Simon, Sreyrath and the team.

The first stage of the project is to build a demonstration 6m x 6m ‘micro-nursery’ comprising a compost production unit, a demonstration tree nursery for 500 trees and an accessible vegetable garden. The micro-nursery will be used to demonstrate self-sufficient composting methods, native tree cultivation, and organic vegetable and fruit growing methods.
